Service Description
All services include a wash. The service covers the installation of 2-3 bundles; any additional bundles will be $35 each. Hair extensions are not included, but we offer premium raw virgin hair extensions for purchase. Please note that there may be extra charges based on your selected styling options.
Cancellation Policy
Payments: A deposit is required to book your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable unless the appointment is canceled at least 24 hours in advance. The deposit will be applied to your total balance, which is due at your appointment. We accept cash, card, and Zelle. Please bring exact cash, as change is not provided. Cancellations: If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your deposit. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable for late cancellations or no-shows. Late Arrivals: A 15-minute grace period is provided. After 15 minutes, your deposit is forfeited. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and a new deposit will be required to reschedule.
