Service Description
This service includes hair extension removal, shampoo, deep conditioning treatment, and blow-dry to leave your natural hair clean, hydrated, and refreshed. Please note that this service does not include micro link or tape-ins installations. Perfect for prepping your hair for your next style or just giving your scalp a break.
Cancellation Policy
Payments: A deposit is required to book your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable unless the appointment is canceled at least 24 hours in advance. The deposit will be applied to your total balance, which is due at your appointment. We accept cash, card, and Zelle. Please bring exact cash, as change is limited. Note: A processing fee applies to all card transactions. Cancellations: If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your deposit. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable for late cancellations or no-shows. Late Arrivals: A 15-minute grace period is provided. After 15 minutes, your deposit is forfeited. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and a new deposit will be required to reschedule.
